Keith Bradley started with British Aerospace, moving from research and development through to merger and acquisitions in corporate strategy via sales, marketing and manufacturing in Japan and China.

Keith became a Non Executive Director of the mobile phone operator Orange PLC; then owned by BAe and Hutchison Whampoa. Keith joined Hutchison full time in Hong Kong in 1995 and until 2006 held positions globally; including a board Director in ten start up Telco operations in eight countries; including three years as deputy CEO of Three UK.

Keith left the Hutchison Group to support the growth of innovative and early stage technology companies and in 2009 founded The Technology Innovation Group as the Chairman.

Mike Flinn started his career as a “Big Four” Consultant with KPMG and Atos Origin, leading large scale technology projects across the Public Sector with OGC, Buying Solutions, DoH, HMRC, Home Office, MoJ and Defra,  and,  Blue Chip Corporate companies including MBNA, CIS, United Utilities, Centrica, BNFL, GlaxoSmithKline, AstraZeneca, Virgin Trains and Network Rail.

In 2009 Mike joined The Technology Innovation Group.

Rupert Carter began his career with Vodafone UK as part of the Corporate Sales and Marketing teams prior to joining the team who built Dolphin Telecom.

After the successful launch of Dolphin Telecom, Rupert joined Hutchison Whampoa Group, a leading international corporation committed to innovation and technology with businesses spanning the globe. Rupert lead the start up of a business unit for the mobile operator Three UK for market launch and went onto set up divisions of one of the Hong Kong based companies, creating an EMEA sales, marketing and distribution business for consumer electronics in London and Milan.

In 2009, Rupert left the Hutchison Whampoa Group to support the growth of innovative technology companies and joined The Technology Innovation Group.
